Winner! Director Jennifer Fox Geraghty won the Firsttime Filmmaker Award for “Metal Detector”at the Boden International Film Festival in Boden, Sweden in March, 2021.

OFFICIAL SELECTION - Roma Cinema DOC - 2021.png

“Metal Detector” was offically selected inclusion in the Roma Cinema DOC film festival as Best International Short Film in Rome, Italy in May 2021.

“Metal Detector” has been nominated for Best Narrative Short Film at the Barcelona Planet Film Festival in Barcelona, Spain on February 11, 2021.

Director Jennifer Fox Geraghty was also nominated for Best Woman Filmmaker.

“Metal Detector” has been nominated for Best Short Film at the Lulea International Film Festival in Lulea, Sweden in September 2020.

Unfortunately, due to COVID restrictions, the screening will be postponed until the 2021 film festival. But we are thrilled to be nominated and hope to see you there in 2021!

Metal Detector was also included in the Short Film Market of the Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival with Jennifer in attendance from February 3-6th.
