Podcasting

In 2021, I was searching for connection. I think we all were. I had the idea to create one online space where expats and lovers of France could go to connect - to share ideas, to learn, to grow, and to laugh.

In September of 2021, I launched Paris Underground Radio, a Paris-based podcast network with a wide range of topics hosted by experts in the fields of culture, events, business, fashion, entertainment, spirituality, food and wine. In our first season, we had 12 podcasts that came out 6 days a week. On the Paris Underground Radio home page, you’ll find a playlist, updated daily, with all the latest episodes of all the podcasts. They are also available on Apple Podcasts, YouTube, GooglePlay or anywhere else you find your podcasts.

Our second season will begin on February 13, 2022.

My Podcasts, Past and Present

In my humble opinion, the podcasts on Paris Underground Radio are excellent and I encourage you to check them out. While I am responsible for producing all the podcasts, I host only a couple. For more on the podcasts I personally host (or have hosted), please keep scrolling!

We've all seen the Eiffel Tower, queued at the Louvre, and picnicked on the steps of Sacre Coeur. But a treasure hunt through the Marais? Drag queen bingo in Belleville? Graffiti art installations in abandoned warehouses in the 14th? Those are the unique Parisian experiences we don't want to let slip away.

From art installations, to authors' talks, to tours, to culinary ateliers, and everything in between, each week Don't Miss This will fill you in on the best of what's going on in Paris.

Don’t Miss This comes out every Sunday.

Since well before Victor Hugo looked up at Notre Dame and thought, "Huh... what if a hunchback lived in there?" authors have been inspired by Paris. The Storytime in Paris podcast will help keep this tradition alive with short interviews and readings from your favorite contemporary authors with a French connection.

Every episode will feature five questions, asked by you, our authors' biggest fans, and answered live on air. Then, our authors will treat us to a reading of an excerpt from their book. Who knows? Maybe you'll even be inspired to write your own Great French Novel. Happy listening!

Storytime in Paris comes out every Wednesday.

Babes in the Woods

When former college roommates Joanne and Britt join up for a hike in the Colorado Rockies on Joanne's 25th birthday, they're prepared for a light, fun, 4-hour walk culminating in delicious birthday barbecue. But when they decide to follow a mysterious arrow in the woods, things take a turn for the bizarre.

With not much more than lipstick, dental floss and their own senses of humor to get them through, will they survive against Mother Nature, unexplained occurrences, and an abandoned town that may not be abandoned after all?
